Structure

Sierra Club of Canada has five chapters, British Columbia Chapter, the Prairie Chapter, the Ontario (formerly Eastern Canada) Chapter, the Québec Chapter and the Atlantic Canada Chapter with local groups in areas from Cape Breton to Vancouver. The Sierra Youth Coalition is Sierra Club of Canada's youth arm.

The Sierra Club of Canada Foundation supports the critical charitable work of Sierra Club of Canada (such as research and education).

The Sierra Club of Canada is governed by a National Board of Directors which has representatives from all across the country. Each chapter is governed by a volunteer Executive Committee ('Ex Com') which reports to the National Board.
